The heavy duty KOLINA machine is specially designed to handle printing jobs on heavy and bulky materials, such as car windshield, architectural glass, furniture glass, wood panels, plastic boards etc., regular and irregular shape; it can be used as a lower investment choice for general graphic printing as well.

The KOLINA screen printing machine is manufactured in different versions in accordance to the customers’ requirement:

KOLINA --- SEMI-AUTOMATIC PRINTING MACHINE.

KOLINA-MATIC --- ¾-AUTOMATIC PRINTING MACHINE.

KOLINA-AUTO --- FULLY AUTOMATIC PRINTING MACHINE WITH PRE-REGISTRATION SYSTEM.

To transport a piece of bulky and large size material, the KOLINA machine will be incorporated with a combination of optional material handling systems according to the specifications of the material:

MAIN FEATURES:

- Interactive squeegee pressure system. It optimises the evenness of squeegee pressure throughout the printing cycle.

- E-Z TOUCH™ touch screen control panel, all the working parameters can be pre-programmed and retrieved at the time of need.

- Real time peel off system. The peel-off function is fully synchronised with the squeegee stroke in real time mode and the peel-off angle is variable adjustable, guaranteed the highest printing quality.

- Digital encoder. The positioning of the printing head is accurately governed by the advanced encoder for maintaining the highest repeatability.

- PLC control. The KOLINA is using the advanced modular PLC system by Matsushita to monitor the entire operation of the machine.

- Linear motion guides. The printing carriage is running on the quality Linear Motion Guides, supplied by Mannesmann-Rexroth of Germany.
