- The warp and weft directions are stretched independently with separated regulators.

- Reinforced extra-rigid stationary arms for high tension stretching requirement with adjusting channel to accommodate the largest to the smallest screen frame format.

- The mesh is held firmly with individual clamps running on the precision rails and ball bearings.

- The printing frame is pressed onto the mesh by a set of pneumatic cylinders at four corners to ensure the proper contact of the mesh against the profile surface.

- The GILCO mechanical stretching machine can be supplied in different sizes according to customers' requirement; from 1,200 x 1,500 mm upto 2,600 x 4,700 mm.
