- Vertical-horizontal frame lift and the parallel sliding table is the key of
the modern technology in high precision screen printing machine design.
- The reciprocating table movement is motor driven, sliding smoothly on the
high precision Linear Motion Guides, supplied by Mannesmann-Rexroth of Germany.
- The printing head is firmly secured and accurately guided at four corners
by precision ground pillars, with zero positioning in order to achieve the
highest repeatability. The printing head can be raised upto 400 mm for easy
access to inspect and to clean the screen with no disturbances to the pre-set
parameters.
- Sturdy welded box machine frame design with well balanced geometry,
guaranteed the highest torsional strength and the built-in rigidity is the basis
for accuracy, reliability and durability.
- The snap off distance is electronically adjustable with display on the
control panel, no mechanical control, high accuracy.
- REAL TIME PEEL OFF (RTPO™) --- the screen peel off action is automatically
controlled mechanically, fully sychronised with the squeegee action.
- Motor driven printing carriage, running on the high precision Linear Motion
Guides, digitally speed control, infinitely speed adjustable for both the
squeegee and flood coater, ensured the continuous quality printing on all kinds
of material.
- Pneumatic actuated squeegee/flood coater change over with INTERACTIVE
SQUEEGEE PRESSURE SYSTEM (ISP™), that the squeegee pressure is optimised evenly
throughout the printing cycle.
- PLC control.
- E-Z TOUCH™ --- touch screen control panel in mobile console, all the
working parameters can be pre-programmed and easily retrieved from the menu for
the repeated job.
- Meeting the international safety standard with the interlocked emergency
bar.
- Option: Wrap-around safety guard.
